Registration for the children of our staff.
Register your child or children here for the adventure holidays at Admont Abbey. Please complete the form in full. The contact details help us with the organisation and allow us to reach you quickly if there are important questions or in urgent cases. Fields marked with * are required.
Child 1
Here you can tell us anything relevant to the care or participation of your child.
Voluntary. Without a selection the abbey kitchen decides which of the two menus your child receives.
Please provide at least one number on which a legal guardian can reliably be reached during the adventure holidays.
We will send all important information about the programme to this address.
For short-notice information and simple coordination we set up a WhatsApp group for the duration of the adventure holidays. Taking part is voluntary.
The group is used exclusively for organisational information about the adventure holidays, for example meeting points, changes of time or short-notice notices. Please note that your phone number and – depending on your personal WhatsApp settings – your profile name and picture may be visible to other members of the group.
During the adventure holidays we would like to capture the many happy moments in photos and partly on video.
If consent is given, such photos and videos may be used for the public relations and communication of Admont Abbey and published in particular on the website, in newsletters, on the abbey's social media channels and in the PAX magazine. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
The personal data collected with this registration is processed to organise and run the adventure holidays. Information on allergies and other details relevant to supervision is used only where this is necessary for safe supervision.
